need to have peace of mind that your
belongings are being handled and treated
with care at all times so we are fully
insured and bonded. A copy of our certificates is
available upon request. |

| What time will you be
cleaning my home? |
| Our hours are Monday
through Saturday 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. You
will be scheduled during these times. |

| How will I know when
to expect my cleaning? |
| You will be entered
into our system with a specific cleaning
schedule and you will receive a reminder
call the evening before your scheduled
clean. At this time you will also have
an opportunity to notify us of any special
attention needs. |

| Do I need to be home
when the cleaners arrive? |
| It is not necessary
for you to be home when we arrive. In
fact, most of our customers prefer to
provide us with a copy of their key
or use a lockbox. If you are an apartment
home resident you can authorize entry
by notifying the office at your property.

| How do I
pay for my cleaning? |
| Most of our customers
prefer to leave cash or a check on the
kitchen countertop at each visit. Alternatively,
you may also pay your bill using your
VISA, MasterCard or DiscoverCard. |
